Nancy McNamara
Project Director
Nancy McNamara joined Madison Associates, Inc. in March 2023 as a financial investigator after retiring from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) following a distinguished twenty‐three (23) year career focused on complex financial crime, money laundering and public corruption.
Throughout her career Ms. McNamara developed and provided oversight on many significant and high‐profile financial crime investigations involving money laundering violations. During her tenure with the FBI, she also served as Assistant Director (AD) of the Inspection Division, where she was responsible for determining the efficiency and effectiveness of all FBI field offices, investigative and administrative programs.
At the time of her retirement, she served as the Assistant Director in Charge (ADIC) of the Washington Field Office where she was responsible for all criminal and national security investigations in the Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia area. While in that position she oversaw significant corruption investigations including high‐ranking public officials and international criminal acts of government subversion while leading the national oversight of the FBI's public corruption and civil rights programs.
In 2024, Ms. McNamara became a Project Director for Madison and has consistently provided our government clients with an exceptional level of knowledge and expertise. She has demonstrated her ability to achieve significant results through dedication and leadership and is an integral part of our team.
