Kevin D. Constantine

Kevin D. Constantine joined Madison Associates, Inc., in March 2017 as a Financial Crime Specialist. He retired from government service after twenty-one (21) years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation where he served as a Special Agent and Supervisory Special Agent, both in the field and at FBI Headquarters. His investigative experience includes assignments in Canada, Baghdad and Poland and he brings to Madison a strong background and expertise in complex domestic and international corruption and financial crime investigations.
As a Madison Financial Crime Specialist and a specialist in anti-corruption matters, Mr. Constantine was asked by the U.S Department of Justice to provide his investigative expertise on a special investigative matter. Mr. Constantine also assists Madison in providing services to the efforts designed by the FBI specifically to address the national impact of foreign bribery, kleptocracy and anti-trust schemes, by using sophisticated investigative techniques in complex international crime matters.
