Howard Karsh
Project Director
Howard M. Karsh joined Madison Associates, Inc., in December 2003 as a Financial Crimes Investigator and serves as a Project Director and Human Resource Manager. He has also been integrally involved in Madison's specialized area of service involving the monitoring of ongoing businesses prior to and subsequent to trial.
Mr. Karsh retired from government service after twenty-eight years with the Internal Revenue Service - Criminal Investigation (IRS-CI) where he served as a Special Agent, Senior Regional Analyst and Assistant Special Agent in Charge.
